In this guided meditation we use breath to ignite our imagination and memories as
we travel in queer history all the way back to the beginning of time. Please bring a blanket, notebook and pen if you can! No previous experience of meditation is necessary. Please be on time!

14:30 Death Cafe with Zafira Vrba Woodski
A death cafe is a place where people gather to eat cake, drink tea and talk about
death. It is not group therapy or counseling, but a great opportunity to talk freely
about grief, relief, fears and hopes connected to death and loss. Please be on time!
16:00 A circle around the casket
This workshop is an invitation to get to know a casket. What is it made of, how does it feel, what can we do with it and what does it do with us? We will create a space, filled with curiosity, mindfulness and playfulness in order to carefully experience ourselves within a casket. The workshop will be guided by the undertakers yvonno and Hanna from Memento Bestattungen Berlin.
Maximum 15 participants and there will be no prior registration, so please come early.
18:00 Roundtable discussion on Art and Community Organizing as Grief Work
A discussion to summarize the Reclaim Grief Weekend. How do we continue our
grief work? Are there more ways to mourn collectively? How can we keep queering
death? A roundtable discussion is a format where everyone has a chance to both speak and listen and will be introduced at the beginning.
19:30 Hang out + vegan café
The entrance to all events are on donation basis, please be generous so we can sustain our autonomous culture house!
English is the primary language for all the events.
About the organizers:
The Failing Femmes is a queer collective and femme-centered DIY cultural house. A place for radical politics, art, learning from each other, workshops, creating stuff, gossip, cinema, flirting, kufa and nice counter culture in general with an aim to overthrow the state and force feminize everybody.
Zafira Vrba Woodski is a queer death doula, Interfaith Minister, artist and trans activist based in Stockholm, Sweden.
